FIELD OF PYRAMIDS
The FIELD OF PYRAMIDS was created as part of Cambridge City Council's Children's Festival 2005.
Children at King's Hedges Primary School, Mayfield Primary School and The Spinney Primary School took part in art workshops at their schools.
They made triangular pieces using sticks, papers, fabrics paints, string, glue and inks.
These were then assembled at the festival to create huge pyramid structures.
Visitors to the festival had the opportunity to make their own triangles which were then added to the structures.
As the day progressed, the FIELD OF PYRAMIDS grew and grew.
