After over 20 years working within arts organisations and local authorities, Jo Buffery has set up Arts and Learning as an umbrella for her two areas of professional activity:
Arts Projects in Schools - pre-designed projects or tailor made events. These projects usually focus on visual art and dance, incorporating the development of skills and techniques as well as creative exploration. Currently much of Jo's schools projects are in collaboration with Multi Story Theatre. They have teamed up to provide EXTEND - an exciting project for schools helping them to develop and deliver a CREATIVE CURRICULUM.
Consultancy - working for arts organisations, funders, educators and local authorities, on research, policy writing, training and organisational development.

Jo now works predominantly (though not exclusively) in the south east of England. Her contracts range from one-off sessions through to long term developmental programmes.
